Cnoc Iochtair is a 746-metre (2,448 ft) Hewitt in Kerry, the island of Ireland. It is also known as Skregmore West Top. It lies in the Macgillycuddy's Reeks area (MacGillycuddy's Reeks). Its prominence, the drop to the col before higher ground, is 43.9 m. The summit is marked by a cairn. It is also on the Simm list.
