Garreg Las is a 635-metre (2,083 ft) Hewitt in Carmarthenshire [Sir Gaerfyrddin], Wales. It is also known as Twyn-Swnd. It lies in the Llandovery to Monmouth area (Brecon Beacons). Its prominence, the drop to the col before higher ground, is 92 m. The summit is marked by a northerly of two huge ancient cairns. It is also on the Simm and Nuttall lists.
