Knockanaffrin is a 755-metre (2,477 ft) Hewitt in Waterford, the island of Ireland. It is also known as Cnoc an Aifrinn. It lies in the Knockmealdown, Comeragh and Monavullagh Mountains area (Comeragh Mountains). Its prominence, the drop to the col before higher ground, is 289 m. The summit is marked by a rock. It is also on the Marilyn and Simm lists.
