Mam Hael is a 724-metre (2,375 ft) Graham in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. It is also known as Beinn Bhreac. It lies in the Loch Linnhe to Loch Etive area. Its prominence, the drop to the col before higher ground, is 159 m. The summit is marked by a rock 15m E of cairn on rock. It is also on the Marilyn and Simm lists.
