Sawel is a 678-metre (2,224 ft) Hewitt in Derry and Strabane, the island of Ireland. It is also known as Samhail Phite Meabha. It lies in the Sperrin Mountains area. Its prominence, the drop to the col before higher ground, is 580 m. The summit is marked by a rock 2m E of trig point. It is also on the Marilyn, Simm, Historic County Top and Current County/UA Top lists.
