Striding Edge is an 863-metre (2,831 ft) Hewitt in Westmorland and Furness, England. It is also known as High Spying How. It lies in the Lake District E area (Lake District - Eastern Fells). Its prominence, the drop to the col before higher ground, is 31.2 m. The summit is marked by a rock. It is also on the Simm, Nuttall, High Hill of Britain and Synge lists.
