Knocknafallia is a 667-metre (2,187 ft) Hewitt in Waterford, the island of Ireland. It lies in the Knockmealdown, Comeragh and Monavullagh Mountains area (Knockmealdown Mountains). Its prominence, the drop to the col before higher ground, is 150 m. The summit is marked by a large hollowed out cairn. It is also on the Marilyn and Simm lists.
